The Complete Starter Kit gives you all the tools and mixes you need to be able to make 1 large loaf of Gluten free Wholesome, Spiced, and Rustic White.
Each kit contains:
- 500g Gluten Free Wholesome Bread Mix
- 500g Gluten Free Spiced Bread Mix
- 500g Gluten Free Rustic White Bread Mix
- Cotton Bread bag (pattern and colour picked at random)
- Your choice of Farmhouse Bread Tin size - large or medium
- 125g yeast in a vacuum sealed foil package
On top of being completely Coeliac New Zealand accredited, our gluten free bread mixes are also vegan, dairy, soy, nut and egg free and you can easily alter the recipe ever so slightly to be refined sugar free too.
Medium Farmhouse Bread Tin - these take a half measure of our recipes. You will only need to use 250g of the bread mix and halve the other ingredients and you’ll have yourself a great sized loaf that you can be sure won’t go stale or need to be frozen!
Wholesome Bread Mix: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Ground Flaxseed, Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder, Salt.
Spiced Bread Mix: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Psyllium Husk, Baking Powder, Spices(Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Ground Cloves) Salt.
Rustic White Bread Mix: White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Corn Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Psyllium Husk, Xanthan Gum, Salt.
